Coming from Oldenburg / Bremen

• Exit the A29 at Varel-Obenstrohe in the direction of Spohle, Obenstrohe, Altjührden
• Drive past the entrance to Varel / Obenstrohe
• Continue for approx. 700 m.
• Turn right from the Wiefelsteder Straße (L819) on to the Mühlenteichstraße (L818).
• Continue along the road for approx. 2 km
• The Upstalsboom Landhotel Friesland is on your left (Please note that the hotel is outside the village of Obenstrohe.)

Coming from Emden/Leer

• At the motorway junction Leer change from the A31 to the A28 in the direction of Oldenburg, A28
• Exit the A28 at Westerstede (6) and drive on to the Ammerlandallee in the direction of Varel/Neuenburg/Hüllstede
• From the Ammerlandallee turn right on to the Straße Zum Hullen (L820).
• Follow the road through Spohle and then turn left directly after Spohle on to the Vareler Straße (L819)
• Go along the L819 for approx. 9 km and when you reach Obenstrohe, turn left on to the Mühlenteichstraße.
• Follow the road until you reach the hotel.
• The Upstalsboom Landhotel Friesland is on your left.
