As a meaning- and value-orientated company, we are looking for people who fit in with us and our corporate philosophy, the Upstalsboom Way. Your personal fulfilment of potential is very important to us.
If meaning-orientated and independent work is important to you, you like to work with your own personality and you love to work in a team, then welcome or as we say in Platt"Na denn man tau!".
In 2023, we were once again honoured with the HR Hospitality Award as a "TOP EMPLOYER" in the training category. We applied with our unique Upstalsboomke programme.
The Upstalsboomke programme is our concept for sustainable and future-oriented training with a focus on the individual personality of our young trainees.
Back in 2013, we took first place in the "Overall Strategy Hotel Chains and Cooperations" category at the very first award ceremony.

This is what we call the most valuable thing in our company: our employees.
Every Upstalsboomer is valuable with all their experience, characteristics and facets. Diversity is an integral and indispensable part of our corporate culture.
Gendering is changing the use of the German language. In written and spoken texts, gender changes and markers are being used more and more frequently and in many different ways. In our view, however, extensive gendering impairs the reading flow and comprehensibility of many texts. Above all, gendered texts are not digitally accessible and we will continue to work on maximising the accessibility of our websites in the future.
For these reasons, we refrain from gender-specific differentiation and use the generic masculine - as well as the gerundive or multi-inclusive formulations, provided they are easy to read. All personal designations apply equally to all genders. In the Upstalsboom Group, we are aware of the diversity of people. In the course of the current debate on gender issues, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and consideration in our daily interactions, regardless of the spoken or written word.
